I saw them in a shop in Las Vegas. They are electric, and there were a set of six in a small bowl that had a light and the water bubbled up around the light. They are a patio display.
Any help would be appreciated.

not water but floating candles, they are all over just like normal candles.....safety plays imp role when floating candles in bowls

Amsterdam. The candle are natural, and float on water as window displays along various streets in Mokum....

They are especially treasured in the Autumn and Winter.
