Some low heel slingback sandals. perhaps some silver jewelery such as a charmbracelet and small diamond studs. Since it's a polo and it's striped it's got some detail already so don't over do it with the accessories.

wear strands of long orange or gold beads to add some spice into the dress. you can also use a metallic handbag (man i love those) and matching shoes. of course, a pair of big chandelier earrings would make a big difference as well and maybe i chic hairstyle, you dont need to spice up the dress itself, just your accessories.

You can add a wide white belt. You can probably buy 1 from forever 21 or a store like that.

To keep it classy I would opt for green and white accessories from earrings, handbag, wide belt, shoes etc,
alternatively, I think orange accessories would make it funky
