That bitter yellow water stuff is called bile.
You throw it up when nothing's left to come up!
Not good!

Could be pregnancy, but could be bad seafood, flu, just about anything.

Could be, but there are a lot of options: If she's having problems with the other end as well its likely food poisoning.

Or she's allergic to something, or suffering from Jet lag, or seasickness, or she has an ear infection or other ear problem that would give her vertigo, something is making her dizzy, or her food just doesn't agree with her, or she's on a medication that makes her nauseus, or she's bulimic, or has an ulcer, or drank too much alcohol.

Morning sickness usually doesn;t start until a month or two in, I believe.

Well the yellow water thing? that's whats in your stomach when there is absolutely no food in you stomach. I forgot the proper name for it and i can't find my biology textbook. It does not mean your pregnant, this has happened to me several times, and I have never been pregnan.t

It's bile. More than likely you've got food poisoning. Food poisoning will make you throw up like that. It's happened to me before.

morning sickness, stomach bug, flu.... the yellow stuff is just stomach acid and bile.
