take this... if your saying the conjugate acid of ethanol then ethanol would be a base in the reactant side...
CH3CH2OH + H3O(+) -----> CH3CH2OH2(+) + H2O... thus the correct answer is C...

Yea C is the answer... A conjugate acid gives up a proton (hydrogen ion)...Simply by adding a hydrogen ion to ethanol will give the conjugate acid
