Six Flags Great America (Gurnee, Il) has Fright Fest on the weekends in October. This year, they have a promotion where you can jump to the head of the ride lines by eating a Madagascar cockroach (I don't know if it's one roach for the day, or one for each line).
When I heard that, I was in. Gonna get me a mouthful of cockroach. Might have more than one.
Not a real haunting, but Halloween theme.

Glen Eyrie Castle in Colorado... it's really eerie. And they have a tour.
