Forget it. Buy Windows XP or buy a 3rd party browser which is a lot better than Explorer.
You need a crack program to bypass the Windows Genuine Advantage ActiveX control.
Unfortunately, many of these crack programs have trojans in them, so don't try using one if you find one!

Why do you want to get around the Genuine Windows Validation system? Are we using pirated software?
