Whey protein powder- mix with just about anything- some kinda taste chalky so a shake is best- and creatine. Also, you have to eat huge amounts of the foods you mentioned. Don't stop eating lots of protein, i mena tons of it. Right now don't worry about gaining fat, just eat and work out with heavy weight that you can only lift about 6-8 times per set, do three sets. Workout different muscle groups every other day, allowing your muscles time to rest. This is the most important phase for muscle growth. And last but not least, get plenty of sleep! Also, a lot of bodybuilders swear by eating tuna straight from the can. It's cheap and easy, or you can mix it with whatever. I do it myself and it helps. Don't listen to the above poster about the protien shakes, they do help!

I will be honest with you. You will have to start eating everything you have listed, but more of it. You should be eating 6 times and day and working out 6 days a week. You will also need atleast 6 hours worth a sleep everyday. Yes 666, but it works like a charm. You also want to stay away from the protein shakes. Get the protein from the fish and chicken.

alright look i can refer you to two places so you dont get anymore people talking about what they think they know. go to your local barnes and nobles pick up a book called Arnold Schwarzenegger The encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding. Even if you dont want to be a bodybuilder his workout techiques are awesome. it will really teach you something. As far as supplements go i suggest may such as nitrix with increase your workou. Creatine which is good but if you stop working out you'll lose your muscle alot faster than if you did it naturally. i can tell you as much you need to know but i dont have the time. so just go to www.bodybuilding.com and no im not advertising it i just hate to see people get that wrong info about working out. anyway on the website youll find a superstore that will have a **** ton of supplements for everything you can even pick a goal and it will show you what supps to use.

you need steroids to get big!!!
just kiddin, i used high performance creatine with protein powder-it is amazing after my workouts. By the way, you know carl lewis? look at this article and look up balco and all of sports doping, and reconsider of what you think about steroids and athletes. Find out why steroids are illegal.

not too many reps, make your rep hard enough so that you can only do 10-15 of any exercise in a rep, do not try to lift weights every day - it's important that you leave time to recover
