The oat meal might be a good idea, also just rinse your hair/scalp with rosemary and camomile. Any supermarket will have rosemary as a spice, and camomile is usually available in all health food shops. Rosemary is a natural fungicide/bactericide and camomile soothes and heals.
1 teaspoon of each infused for 5 minutes in a cup of boiling water every day, let cool down, strain and rinse your hair with it.

Itchy scalps are usually from dry scalp.. Home remedy is rinse your hair with vinegar. it really works.. Also using selsun blue or a dandruff shampoo prior to using the vinegar. Good Luck!

I like Head & Shoulders Dry Scalp Care. Also, a scalp massage with warm oil is really nice. You can do it yourself, but if you can afford it, go to a spa. I had a half-hour scalp massage at Aveda, and it was pure heaven!

I understand Selsun Blue shampoo has selenium (a mineral) in it and selenium helps control psoriasis and dandruff.
