how do i get back in to the swing of life? i have no friends,family... he made sure of that..(i got to kick him to the curb.. i throw myself in to my kids and thats my life...and im just lost...i need help...im soo sad and so unhappy..

Isn't it strange how fear convinces us that the miserable life we now have is better than the fearful picture it paints for us instead? Do not trust in fear's guidance, for it is fear, not hate, which is love's true opposite, and love is always the answer; a tuth that fear does not want you to ever learn. Follow your heart, and if fear tells you not to, then you know what love would have you do instead. Happiness is what fear does not want you to find, and so, if you remain fearful, what you have is all that you will ever have, and someday the children will be grown and gone; then what will you have, and will you be as young and beautiful then, as you are now? Your chances of finding happiness are as easy or as difficult as you want them to be, but it is there to be found, if you will but seek for it. Good luck.

I think the first thing that you should do is take sometime for yourself you have to feel good about yourself before you can move on. Turn to God he will help you in your time of need. There is something inter that needs to be taken care of. Friends and family will come along sooner or later. Good luck i hope things get better for you.
