Good Ol' Thunderlicks himself Anything by Larry Graham is totally awesome! He is the originator of all things slap bass as we know it. No one did it before he did. Marcus Miller is great,Jaco, Cliff, Geezer, Victor Wooten,John Myung,Bootsy,Robert Trujillo, anyone who truly "plays" the bass, not just someone who just strums the crap out of it.
