connect the LAN output from the ADSL modem no longer to a workstation yet really to a router. the router is a swap that shall we a collection of computers percentage the information from the internet. It also makes up a collection of fictitious addresses so as that once you've 3 computers the outdoors international in reality sees a million tackle (that of the router) yet all the three computers receives human being information from the router. in case you decide on to do it at the less expensive then get a stressed out router and run a LAN cable to all the computers. in case you decide on to spend slightly more advantageous and get it a lot less demanding the get a on the spot router and a card for each workstation. Then an analogous issues ensue with out any wires and also you may use the computers at desks, interior the outdoor , or everywhere else around the domicile. you do not desire to pay the ISP more advantageous because all the ISP sees is the only tackle for the router. document sharing after it truly is merely clicking on disk houses and allowing "percentage information"

with a crossover cable is the easiest way, and then run the home network setup wizard, XP will do it for you. IUf you plan on adding more computers later, then get a router, and use the cd that comes with it to set it up for you
