I was trying to remember this song I was reminded of today, and cant remember what it is called (if I ever knew...). It was from the early 90's and if I recall it had a little bit of a techno style sound but it was very mainstream top-40's on the radio all the time. It was mostly instrumental but had some Russian sounding words and sound clips in the background. Anyone remember the name?

I know, I wish I could remember if there ever where lyrics- I just remember it being instrumental. It sounded kinda futuristic/spacey.

Something by the Pet Shop Boys? or the 99 balloons song. That was by Nina or Nena...and that was originally German.
