This is a very odd question to be asked.. u could put it as how shall u get a job abroad!! So i shall answer for this question.. U can get an opportunity abroad by first trying a local company who has ties abroad too.. n thru sheer hard work u can be abroad in a span of 1-2 yrs.. again this depends on ur qualifications n experience too.. based on experience even after 6 months u can get an opportunity..
secondly on contractual basis u can get a job
thirdly study a broad & get a job there immediately..
Choice is left unto u...

gotta good fund?
enroll in a foreign college
they always allow to do some part time jobs there (you still can save a lot)
when finished study, you have to get a job there to stay back.
