Like you said, the magic number is now 2. The Tigers won and the Twins lost. That means that the Tigers gained a little extra space at top of the AL Central division. That is huge. Any extra space is good.

this win was huge i mean huge now we are a game and a half up over minnesota who managed to orioles just like detroit but still they have to end the season against chicago we get to end the season with kc look for the tigers to win the divison not the wild card

All games are big at this point. You know that. Lucky we play the KC. White Sox are out, but don't forget about the Twins. They are still very much in.

Bin win - they are playoff bound for sure -, but I hope they win the division. May lowly Baltimore let the season's frustrations clobber the Twins!
