Sometimes your brain comes loose and keeps spinning after you stop. This is called dizziness. Usually the brain will slow down and settle back in its normal position after a minute or two. However, in some cases it ends up backwards. This can be bad, as your ears end up connected in reverse, with the left ear connected to the right side of the brain and vice versa.
If you find that your iPod headphones sound better when they're the other way around, this has probably happened to you. It can be fixed by spinning around fast in the opposite direction.

Theres a fluid in ur ears that tells ur brain whether the body is balanced or not depending on the fluids motion, when u spin around the fluid gets unbalanced and sends confused signals to ur brain that u are movin even though u may have stopped. ur brain dosent know how to handle this and hence u feel dizzy

Your brain is trying to tell you, you have too much time on your hands. But, balance comes from your inner ear, so maybe spinning confuses this part and makes you dizzy. Sounds good to me.

I think the fluid in your brain called equilibrium splashes around in your ear. This makes everything all crazy. I think I read that a while ago in nine grade or something.
