Did Brad Pitt only marry Jen Aniston for his own popularity and she was a popular Friends star?

I was thinking that if Brad really did love Jennifer he wouldn't leave her for Angelina. I am the one that thinks it's always the guy's fault in this situation. Anyway what do you think?

First of all I think it's sad when people resort to caring about other peoples marriages. With that said, Brad Pitt was already really famous before they got married. If anything it helped Jennifer Aniston.

Yeah i think it was his fault for the split, but ive heard rumours they call each other every day, like for hours, and remain close friends, maybe they miss each other alot and will get back together?? meanwhile angelina is becoming more angry at brad.. i think brad and jennifer are the perfect couple... shame angelina stole brad away. but thats just my opinion..... i dont know them so how can i judge?? and i dont think he married her for popularity... if you do thats just sad... i mean true love is more important than being famous...and he genuinely loved her, who knows, maybe he still DOES love her.......

I agree with above, he was more popular than she at the time of their marriage.

I think everyone, no matter your station in life or popularity, marry because you believe you are in love.

Marriage is extremely difficult and is always a compromise; some people just can't do it, or when it gets a little rough they start looking around.
