Funny you should ask this. Just last week I was visiting with my niece and we went to a restaurant that specialized in turkey dinners. The owners raised their own turkeys for the purpose of serving in their restaurant. Her barbecued turkey leg was so fresh and moist she practically begged me to take a bite of it. Technically it may not have been her leg, but she was holding the turkey's leg so I think it should count!
