No there isnt, Be romantic that always helps but toherwise be yourself eventually someone will love you. it takes alot of time and sometimes trying to force someone can push them away, worst case they realize later after its too late to do anything they like you too, but they were too turned off by the way you went about it that you never realized before.

There are no sure fire ways. Sometimes one person is attracted but the other one isn't. That is a difficult (although not impossible situation).
Just be yourself. Be kind, be nice, do your own thing, and you will find love.
