Well, I'm no doctor and I obviously don't have a clitoris, But it seems to me to be some kind allergic reaction. You obviously have very sensitive skin down there. Maybe it's the type of panties you are wearing. If it's really as bad as you say, it's truly hard to believe several doctors haven't been able to help you as of yet. I do know, in order to test you for allergies, it's a very in depth series of tests which could take several visits. Try going without panties for a while and where long skirts or dresses. Good luck, I hope you get better, It really sounds like you have been very uncomfortable for a long time. I hate to see any woman's vag in pain.....They're my best friend....lol

If you've seen doctors, there's not much I can offer, but sometimes mine hurts. I usually find a hair in it or soap. If you haven't already, when you're in the shower, put your fingers on either side of it and pull them back to expose the inner part of the clitoris and rinse it out and look at it to make sure there's not a hair in it. Hope this helps.

You are long waisted and your private parts are lower than most people's so they rub. If you wear jeans or pants, wear a maxi pad to avoid the rubbing. Wear skirts most of the time to avoid the problem. Try to going to a jeans store and tell them that you need pants with a longer rise. See if that helps.

Are you on any medicine? I know Wellbutrin (Bupropion) can cause over-arousal resulting in pain and stimulation like you described.

Is your clitoris constantly erect? Are you often wet?
Sounds like you are constantly sexually aroused.
Maybe sex will help... ?
