It baffles me as to why people where shorts with a long sleeve sweatshirt or long sleeve shirt!! So, that person is hot upstairs and cold on the legs!
Why do people do this????

Some people get colder on thier upper bodies than their lower bodies. I know that at one time I was slightly chilled on my arms but my legs were way too warm so i wore shorts and a long sleeved shirt.

Yeah , sometimes I get cold and need sleeves.
But the day is pretty hot so you wear shorts, then later on you throw on a sweatshirt because your cold. The Legs don't get cold like the upper half does.

Wouldn't they be hot downstairs, and cold upstairs??
I'm not into fashion rules. I used to be, but it would make me mad because other people don't follow them. And since I can't preach to them, and it's a free country, I figure why not think that way myself, and wear what I want to.
I'm one of those people that could wear shorts as long as it's not snowing -- but I don't. (I probably should, though. I'd be more comfortable).
**I wear socks and sandals because my sandals get stinky if I don't wear socks.

People do this for the same reason they wear socks with sandals......honestly this is a mystery that will never be solve or perhaps these people have a chemical balance problem upstairs...lol

Caus they want to wear shorts, but perhaps its a bit too chilly for shorts and a t-shirt or tank top.
I do it all the time.
You should try it sometime, you might actually find its more comfortable than what you think.

I'm sure that they just want to look good but they might express it the wrong way. but i am sure that you have seen someone pull an outfit like that and they have made it look so cute. you know that after that moment you start thining wheter you should wear it to.
