Liquid eyeliner stays on a lot longer and it's about the same price as pencil eyeliner. It's pretty easy to use. Just apply a very thin coat and if it is crooked, you can apply a second coat, just enough to make the line straight. It looks very glamorous.

After applying eyeliner -- use a thin eyeliner brush and dip in a matching eyeshadow color and go over the liner it will stay on twice as long

what works for me is i dont use an eyeliner pencil. i'll use black eyeshadow and just apply it with either an angle brush or a regular eyeshadow brush. this way it stays on much longer because eyeliner pencils dont last very long on my eyes either. try it!

I haven't tried it, but my friends do it. They either put their eyeliner pencil in the freezer over night or put the point end in a glass of ice water for just a few minutes. Though I'm not sure if it works of not, it's worth a try.

I was bitching about the same problem this morning!!
Do you sweat yours off too?
I think the answer is powder.
Get a really good brand and don't be shy to ask the chemist lady.
She would be happy to help you find a good brand of eyeliner and some face powder to set the whole thing down.

I use eyeliner and then I go over it with the same color in eye shadow. If you use black then use black or dark gray shadow. Just use a little bit. It will "stick" to the eyeliner and stay on for hours! Use for upper or lower lids.

If you're applying it above/below the eyelashes, then I'd say use a liquid liner. If your applying on your rims, I don't have an answer for you. I have the exact same problem.
