How do you check that your husband is loyal to you?

You can hire an investigator or do it yourself borrow a friends car he won't know and follow him check his phone records his bank accounts etc.. Watch for changes in his behavior mannerism or appearance

There are many ways to check up on your spouse. Back when I stumbled on my wife's questionable behavior, I was reading the cell phone bill, and I didn't recognize a number she was calling all the time. I waited for her to be in the shower, and scrolled through her address book, and found out that the number belonged to a "friend" of hers from work. That is probably the fastest way to find behavior.

You can watch the credit cards, and bank statements, and look for anything out of the ordinary. If there are charges that cannot be explained, that would mean something too.

Email - you can stroll through his email. You can gain some real valuable information this way. read what he is saying, and who to. You can also track his online activity also.

If you are sly enough, my brother in law used a program on the computer which recorded any call on their regular phone line though the regular modem, and caught his wifes activity that way.

Take it from me, take it from someone who has caught his wife's wandering eye. Think about this long and hard. Once you start checking on his behavior, you have to be ready to accept anything you do find, and you almost can never turn around and go back. Trust in a marriage is a tricky thing. Once the total trust barrier is gone, your mind is then free to come up with possibilities that it wouldn't have considered before, and that trust will almost never get built back to where it was.

Lastly, if you do some checking, DON'T GET CAUGHT. He's more likely to leave more pieces of evidence if he's not aware you are looking

I would get his email address and check up on him. It's a great way to monitor his behaviour and his responses. If he lies and continues a pattern of lieing, you at least have evidence to confront him. And if he's lieing about the little things, he'll most certainly lie about the big things. Also, sexually, if he starts bringing home new sexual positions or ideas or is totally disinterested in sex with you - sleeping on the couch, etc. And the biggest indicator, is that you had to actually ask the question. We don't, by nature, just come to a point in our lives where we feel 'insecure' for no apparent reason. There's a reason - normally deceit. Something is guiding you to even ask the question.....so there's 'something' going on somewhere in your relationship which is casting doubt in your mind. Follow up on it so you get your answer and can sleep at night.

The only way to tell for sure is to actually catch him in the act. I checked my husbands cell phone and found MANY womens numbers but he still denied that he was cheating. I have known of several different occasions that he has lied to me but without proof he just denied that also. So unless you have concrete proof there is no surefire way to tell. You shouldn't even have to check something like that, you should trust him and let it be a given. So there must be something wrong. I would do what some of the 1st people suggested.

If you think you have to check on if he is being loyal.........he probably isn't. Go with your instincts, the heart usually isn't wrong.

First if you feel something is wrong then most likely it is. Ask your questions always be straight up. With whatever the answer is then decide where you go from there. If you have to spy...... Always follow your gut.,,
