My fave book is "His Dark Materials" by Philip Pullman, where everyone is born with a spirit animal as companion! I have to admit mines probably a Basset Hound!! HA!! (Bored on a night shift!!!)

either a blak racer back lizzerd becuase i could run like faster than every body, or a elephant becuase the elephant is the only mammal that has no enemy beacuase it so big,with the exeption of ivory hunters.lol
