the thing is that the awnser is only a trick. you are a grown-up when you yourself sees that it does not matter whether or not some one else thinks ur an adult and that wut makes u an adult is your ability to controll the path of your own life like no one else. so its not a when but more of a how

When you are dependent only on yourself, you are out of your parent's house, you are 18 and most importantly, you are able and willing to make life changing decisions, stick by them and learn from your mistakes. Remember, you can legally be an adult without ever growing up.

I feel that you are considered an adult anywhere from 18-25 it is usually when you are on your own and consider yourself an adult and act accordingly
