You would accelerate at 32 feet per second to a speed of 120 miles per hour (even if you flap your arms) and strike the roof of one of the "set backs" from the street, since the building isn't flush with the sidewalk but "set back" at intervals with the outer perimeter of the building shrinking at specific heights.

The force of hitting the roof of a setback will be fatal.

Can I watch? Your arms would do little to offset the force of gravity so you would accelerate most of the way down, possibly bouncing off the side of the building along the way, depending upon wind and your initial velocity away from the building. Again depending upon your aerodynamic profile, you may or may not reach a terminal velocity before hitting the ground. A slow motion camera would capture an interesting splash when you hit the ground. By flapping your arms, you would be loading your muscles with lactic acid. Consequently, the crows would find your flesh a bit tough and the taste would be off. I think that the crows would probably prefer the taste of a dead wino (at least the flesh would be marinated) [ ;-)

Responses you've received so far seem to indicate a negative outcome.

Please specify whether you will be jumping feet first, head first, or just straight out away from the building. Also, I will need the flap speed. Just count flaps for 10 minutes and I will calculate the total.

Due to the Universal Force known only as Gravity, you would fall down to the ground due to the Earth's gravitational pull and probably be squised to death due to the kinetic energy behind the massive impact.

Flapping your arms would not help, as you are too heavy to take flight like an avian. You must also note that they have feathers. My opinion is that engaging in this action could result in death.

You would hit the side of the building about 1/3 down from the top.

Ah ! A trick question !.It would depend how high up on the building you were. You could be stood on the doorstep in which case you'd probably get some very odd looks from passers-by and people would avoid you. At the other extreme you might launch from the very top in which case you'd end up laminated on the pavement.

You would be on the news for about 20 seconds.

You'll go splat. You'll reach terminal velocity before you hit the ground, so it won't really make that much difference that it's higher than other things, because it stops mattering how high it is after a certain height.

It's not that easy to get to a place where you can jump. But assume that you could: You would look like a major fool for a couple of seconds.
