Our HOA wants to recall two board members from our BOD. What are the procedures?

I already read California Corporations Code 7222, but it is the bylaws of my association that I cannot get ahold of for various reasons. I would like to know the standard procedure for getting a duly held meeting to recall board members, as well as the standard quorum and voting requirements. Thanks!

C'mon Snootch - WAKE UP !! You should have received copies of your association documents when you closed on your house. Look for your closing papers - I'll bet they are there.

Otherwise, go to your association office or property manager. You are entitled to review anything about the organization's business if you are a member. So there is no reason you can't get copies...
