and when i pull back only the small portin is visible and when i leave it my hand then automatically the skin is covered once again .

Hey, you're uncircumcised and it sounds like you have a condition called phimosis ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phimosis ). It's not usually reason enough to get circumcised. Also, that guy who said that most men are circumcised is mistaken. Most AMERICAN men are circumcised, and the circumcision rate is going down all the time because the benefits of circumcision are becoming trivial compared to the ethical and health problems associated with slicing off a potentially beneficial part of children's bodies when children obviously cannot consent to it. As for having 3-4 inches in length, that sounds small. But on the bright side it depends on how you measure it. You're supposed to press a ruler against your pubic bone and measure along the top of your penis. Something tells me that you've been measuring only the exposed part. If you have phimosis, your skin may be affecting the measurements by getting in the way. Once you get that problem corrected (if that is indeed what you have) then I suspect that your measurement will be larger. At any rate, think twice (or four or five times) before you consider surgery on your penis for any reason (size or otherwise).

you need to go to a doctor. part of the shaft of the penis may be inside you. this can be corrected, provided you discover a doctor who is well educated on this subject.

this was on television a few years back and surgeons discovered and corrected the problem, turning a 1" penis into approx. 6"s.

If the forskin can not be retracted it may harbor germs cause you cant clean properly. If you don't want to circumcise you can have stretched or released by plastic surgeon.See your doctor. u have something wut's called a foreskin on ur penis. usually when a male baby is born, the parent has a choice between if they want their son should get rid of their foreskin or not. usually the doctors recommend getting rid of the foreskin cuz it's better for hygiene and gets rid of this yucky yellow stuff the builds up underneath it and u gotta constantly clean it for hygiene.
