Lava soap or any type of pumice. Gojo hand cleaner works good too. If these fail, use some clear mineral spirits, and then use the soaps. This is a sure fire way to clean it off without hurting. But don't use the spirits around open flame, and make sure that you use it outside so the fumes don't make you sick. Happy Cleaning!

Try lots and lots of soap- rub hard, and add water every few seconds. If it still doesn't work, try the soap again.
Try using strong soap if you can. Soap is a much more safe thing to wash with, cuz paint is flameable.

Use plain old soap and a little nylon scrub brush if it is latex. If it is oil based use that same scrub Bush with any kind of handy man hand cleaner.

gasoline, or paint thinner. thats gonna make your hands smell like gas though. I would try finger nail polish remover before you do anything that drastic though. youll probably have to scrub a lot

Try Lava hand soap, it has a slight abrasive additive. You can also try Goop, which is typically in the automotive section of Wal-Mart, K-Mart, etc.

try using some dish soap and a fingernail brush, soak hands well with soap and scrub lightly, it should help if not try some comet and brush lightly
