Never. I would feel too bad for the waitress. My mom was a waitress when I was a kid and got fired because someone did that to her.

Once. Only because the emplyees there didn't want to come to the check out counter to service us. I got mad and walked out...I must had been standing there waiting to pay for 15 or more minutes.

No, but I know someone who did. It was a long time ago and my bf (at the time) took his best friend to a restaurant. While they were waiting for a table my bf passed out (drunk) and when they were shown to their table the cops showed up and took my bf to jail but the friend continued on not realizing this. The friend ordered his meal and ate it and my bf still hadn't showed up. The friend had no money so walked out on it after enjoying his meal. As for my stupid bf, I was at home with HIS son and he had to miss his hockey game because his Dad wasn't around to take him (I couldn't take him because my bf had the only car). My bf showed up eventually but the car was a bit smashed up. Oh the stupid things I put up with.

Yes all the time, but only out of town resturants and i make sure that we are outside and there are no cameras around. Anarchist pride baby!
