There are a lot more than four oganics -- in fact, there are hundreds of thousands. An organic substance contains carbon, by definition, and molecules containing carbon can form a dizzying number of different structures. There are more than 3 inorganic substances as well, not to mention many more inorganic molecules. So, I don't know where those numbers came from, but the truth is not in them.

Inorganics include Calcium, Iron, and the various other minerals we need in small quantities like Magnesium, Zinc, etc.
