If he is wipping you call the cops that is child abuse. as far as slaping it depeneds on law where you live. my step father was beating me for a while (i lived in miane at the time) and I reported him the cops where i lived told him he can hit me with an open hand but not with a closed fist or any objects. DCF (or whatever its called where you live) do not agree with hitting at all .

My question to you is why? i'm a stepfather and that i appreciate my son. If he does some thing he merits to disciplined for then i will. I in no way punish him after I indignant. Are you merely pissed off? even if that's abuse then tell your mom or uncle or another human being. you do not desire to take abuse, yet in case you merely pissed off because you don't like him immediately then you extremely ought to truly evaluate your next action. slightly suggestion - ACT do no longer REACT. ought to the Lord bless you, look after you and furnish you with education. also in case you strive against back you could get H**L overwhelmed out of you. If anyone whips you ar slaps you, I highly recommend you fight back!!! I don't care who it is!!! He has no right to whip or slap anyone, step-kid or not. Fight back! Call the authorities and have him arrested!!!

You never have to take that. I would not wait for the opportunity to fight back - I would get out. Your mother should NOT be allowing this to happen. a bystander is as bad as a bully.

why would you fight back?/ call 911. that's child abuse. even if it was your real dad. i understand that they're trying to discipline you but taht's too much dear.
