If you are being slapped around, you have the right to defend yourself, but that could turn into a dangerous situation. Judging by your question, I gather that your home life sucks. I'm wondering why your mother doesn't intervene, unless she doesn't know this is happening. You can always involve the police. Chances are he will be arrested for assault and battery. If you are old enough, it seems that maybe the best way out of the situation would be to move out. Is there a chance that you can turn to your real father or can a relative take you in?

I really feel for you. It's tragic what you are going through. A very close friend got thrown out of the house without warning and we took him in until he got on his feet. I hope your luck changes.

My question to you is why? i'm a stepfather and that i appreciate my son. If he does some thing he merits to disciplined for then i will. I in no way punish him after I indignant. Are you merely pissed off? even if that's abuse then tell your mom or uncle or another human being. you do not desire to take abuse, yet in case you merely pissed off because you don't like him immediately then you extremely ought to truly evaluate your next action. slightly suggestion - ACT do no longer REACT. ought to the Lord bless you, look after you and furnish you with education. also in case you strive against back you could get H**L overwhelmed out of you. Be very careful.

No he is NOT allowed to "slap" or hit you. You should let your mother know what he is doing if she don't already know. If she knows and is not doing anything about it then you need to let your counselor at school know or call children services. I would recommend you doing those instead of hitting him back. Cause then you can be charged with unruly child, and you don't want to have to deal with all that comes with that.

No one has the right to slap you. Depending on your age you should not be whipped, it could be against the law.

I would report it. There's not alot parents can get away with, let alone step-parents. Tell the school counselor. It's abuse that should be reported.
