The prefix is deca- [from Greek "deka", meaning "ten"] as many have noted, though note that it may sometimes be simplified based on what follows

For example -- in answer the second part of your question (which no one appears to have noticed) --the word analogous to "quintuple" is "decuple"** Thus the final -a may sometimes disappearl.

The prefix becomes even shorter and simpler in the form "denary" (part of the sequence, "unary, binary, ternary, quaternary. . . ")
