I was wondering if anyone else has really thick toe nails? Mine are so thick, and I almost can't cut them with clippers. It's quite disgusting, and I was wondering if there was anyway to make them thinner? You know how they have hardener for nails, well I need the oppisite of that! I know yuck! But, seriously is there a way to make them thinner? I just wish my finger nails were half of thick as my toe nails.

You may have that nail fungus, that the commercial talk about.
They a prescription drug on the market that will make that stuff go away.... you would have to go to a foot doctor to get more details and professional advice.

In the meantime, you should soak your feet in as hot as you can take it water, and then cut those toes down, after soaking them in water for a bit, also, if you have tough feet, you should never go to bed with out creaming or wearing socks.

Do you have discoloration? odor under the nail? is it lifted more on one side? If you have answered yes, you might have fungus.

When it comes to matters of your physical or mental health, always seek the opinion of a doctor.

Vicks vapo rub- it takes along time as previously stated, but rub it on 2 times a day religiously- and it will go away. Cheaper than prescription- which takes 60 days at least.

it sounds like you have a nail fungus. go see your doctor-they can prescribe meds that can cure it, but unfortunately it takes awhile b/c they have to grow out before it's totally gone.
