I think its possible that you can better your voice, because the tiles in your bathroom refelct the sound waves of your voice and you will be able to hear whether or not your in tune. My choir teacher told us that all the time. Especially since we also shared a room with the band people, and the room was made to absorb sound... =(.

I've heard this from my music teacher too once. I think it's with the resonance in your shower. Its a more confined area so your singing sounds better because its louder than it would be in an open space. Just like if you're in a low ceiling room, it sounds better than in a sanctuary at church.

Um if you sing any where at any time yes you get better. It doesn't matter whether you're in the shower or not. It could just irritate or annoy someone else lol. Happy Singing!

No making a music interior the bathe would not make somebody sing greater effective. an incredible type of human beings sing interior the bathe because of the fact of boredom yet there are some those that sing interior the bathe because of the fact they understand how their voice extremely sounds with the aid of the status waves and echoes your voice might produce.

Absolutely! This is why:

1. The warmth and humidity help to open up your voice.

2. The acoustics give you an opportunity to really HEAR yourself, which helps you to make a better sound.

3. The privacy factor makes you give yourself permission to really sing -- and this boosts your confidence. A good singer is a confident one.

No, it's not true. I sing in the shower and I still sound like someone's skinning a cat with a butter knife.

The moisture from the shower allows the vocal chords to sound smoother. Anyway, everyone says practice makes perfect!

No, that saying only came about because the acoustics in the shower make most people sound better than they actually are.
