Use a commercial CD player cleaner, preferably one with brushes on the disk.

There are lense cleaning cds availible at places like walmart and circuit city. They are just cd's with a small cleaning head on them .You just pop the cd in and it will do the rest for you.

You can use a lens cleaner. They cost about $10 USD. You can find it at your local computer store (e.g. Staples, OfficeMax, Radio Shack...)
