She juz met this weird guy during a school campus activity.
I think this guy is an addict. ( m not being judgemental but my sister confirmed that this weird guy is using some prohibited drugs)
I think my sister's being hypnotize by this afro man... ( do you believe in gayuma?)
My sister acts very weird this past few days.
She often go home late at night (and that's unusual for her)
She's not the same anymore.
She often tell lies juz to be with this afro man.
She can't exactly and directly tell her 5 years bf why she's dumping him..
Her 5 years long bf is already known and accepted in our family.
We trust him betther than this weird afro man.
This afro man have no parents. Both parents have past away when he was a kid. (accdng to my siz)
He works as a henna & tatoo artist.
He don't go to school anymore.
He smokes a lot... I've seen him...
Very weird Afro man.... UGGGHHHHHHHH.....

I understand your concern for your sister. But some people have to learn from there mistakes. You have to live to learn. Lets just hope that she's not indulging in any prohibited drugs..... People grow away from each other sometimes. And just because the bf of 5 years makes you all happy. Do he still makes her happy... That's your sister, if she like it you suppose to love it.. Have her back in whatever it is that she wants to do. Not being supportive will only make her go at it alone. And then you will loose all communication with your sister. And I'm sure you don't want that.. Good Luck

Could you not find out "weird afro mans" real name and look him up? If he is into anything illegal then you may be able to find some sort of record on him.

You could...
mind your own damn business and keep your nose out of your sister's life.

It's her life, and it's up to her whom she dates. Just remember to be there for her if it all goes pear-shaped, as any good friend would be.
