How did you find out about the fund. Ask from there. Failing that, ask family members. If you know the county or state it would be in, ask the courts there. Trust funds I'm familiar with are overseen by the county or state of origin.

If you can't rely on someone you completely trust, get the advice of a lawyer. Often, they will give you a free consultation visit. You can make up your mind from there.

My recommendation is for you to find out who is managing your grandmother's estate!!!!! I will assume that it has to be either one of of your folks or your uncles. Either way, consult with them and dont be shy about it but one thing is for sure dont reveal your sources, meaning how and where you know about your trust fund.

I wish you the best of luck.

Talk to a lawyer -- it will cost you less in the long run.
