Unfortunately, no. If you are using Internet Explorer, you can use the Content Advisor option. However, it does not block specific websites, just websites with certain objectionable content (e.g. pornography, gambling...etc.) You can block specific websites by editing the hosts file. It is not easy do but I can walk you through the steps if you are interested. Just send me an e-mail.

You can use the IE features. Go to tools - Internet options - Security and click on the blocked sites button.

Yes, you can:
Tools
Internet Options
Delete Cookies
Delete Files (cl temp internet files)
Clear History
set days to store pages to 0

Then,
cl Content
cl Enable
set your choices.
No password needed here.
