The usual. Drink lots of water, take some Echinacea, maybe some Vitamin C or Zinc, and get some rest. No real physical activity. If you catch it early enough, it could be gone by late tomorrow.

Sorry hon, all you can do is eat chicken soup to alleviate some of the sypmtoms and wait 7 to 10 days for it to run it's course.

Taking zinc may help PREVENT colds.... try it when you're over this.

Get lots of sleep, drink Odwalla C-monster(especially designed to give you the nutrients you need when you have a cold), and chicken soup. Other than that, don't go outside too much, and then you just need to sit it out.

I can tell you what will help, buy some thro-flu, and drink it like a hot cup of soap, and take vitamin- c and drink plenty of Gatorade and stay inside and rest. No cure for the flu, just have to let it take its course. Hope this helps.

I have learnt to realise that theres no cure..eating or drinking whatever wont make it go away(like an asprin to a headache), you still need to ride through the symptoms.

Just try not to let it bother you and live your life as you would.
