The Laundry bag (Lingerie bag) is made of Nylon mesh. This I'm planning to use to wash delicate items like Socks and other inner garments.

I have been using a nylon mesh bag (designed for lingerie) for years!! I started using it to wash pantyhose in the laundry (mainly washer) about 15 years ago. I have used it to wash socks, as you mention and many other delicates which you don't want to get ruined by the washer agitator or get caught or tangled around other items in the wash. I have routinely put the mesh bag with wet clothes in a conventional spin dryer with fine results! I would never be without one! Great for cotton sweaters too, even if hand-wash is recommended - but I air-dry sweaters after they come out of washer! Tip: make sure the tie string cannot come undone in washer/dryer or you may have poor results.

Yes u can use your laundry/lingerie bag. It doesn't matter about the spin dryer.
