I would suggest SFI, or Strong Future International. It is free which is good if you have no money or are not willing to invest a lot up front. While there are a ton of products and services, I focus on the websites. You do not need to know any programming. The software does it all. Just go to local small businesses, sell them on the idea of a website, and charge them to create it. I charge $99 for a 3 page site and then I make commission off the monthly hosting.
