First off, a hermaphrodite has the sexual organs of both sexes. Second, one set or both are usually not functional or are sterile. Third, there is a difference between having sexual organs of any sex and having an attraction to one sex or another. Thus, if you are a hermaphrodite with working male organs and you are attracted to males, you would be homosexual. Conversely, if you had the organs of a male that worked and were attracted to females, you wouldn't be. Ditto for those with working female organs.
So, in short your answer is yes, since homosexuality is a matter of a combination of sexual characteristics and attraction to the same sex.
Transvesitism doesn't even come into this picture....

I suppose most of them are bisexual... if a hermaphrodite hooks up with another hermaphrodite, is that considered being gay? Or is that simply a foursome?

You guys have all these different words. 2 years ago I just found out what transsexual meant, and last night I found out what metro-sexual is. Come one I can not keep up with these, can you please explain it to me?
