I am asking whether the Tesla Coil's energy output contains any energy lent to it by the mass of the coil itself?

Tesla coils are cool.

If you are asking if any of the mass of the coil is being converted to energy, the answer is no.

The power in exactly equals the total power out.
None of the coil's mass is converted.

Any "self resonant energy" would simply make the coil more electrically efficient - more spectacular electrical phenomenon rather than heat from resistance - still, the power in would equal the power out.

Yes. The energy source is coming from the coil and input. Therefore larger size coil exerts only a stronger force.
