1) not to skanky.. but nice you know
2) enough that at the end of the night, you can say "see ya" to your firends without slurring..
3)hit a club, bar, house party LOUD dance music..play games.. its soo FUNNY to see hammered ppl try and play a board game or electronis games.. lol
ever hear of the electronic game called Catch Phrase.. THE BEST EVER!!!!

wear something cute...like a tank and designer jeans.
if your underage dont drink at all if your 21 or over drink enough to have fun but dont get drunk its dangerous and unnattractive
