What goes better with leggings a nice pair of 4inch heel pumps or stretch kneehigh boots. I cant decide.

What's the heel height of the boots?
I think boots go better with leggings, but it depends on the rest of your outfit too?
High heel pumps are always an option, but I think they look better with stockings and pantyhose, than they do with leggings (too 80's disco)

Seriously, I think the boots will look better with the leggings. Pumps with leggings to me just scream "I'm a Valley Girl that likes to Walk Like an Egyptian and Get into the Groove because I Think I'm Turning Japanese in a Big Country with Mickey and he just won't Beat It." Woah, had a flashback there.
I take it you plan to wear a long shirt or jacket? Definitely go with the boots!

I love wearing boots with leggings. I would go with the boots and save the pumps for skinny jeans.

it depends upon where you're going: if you'll be on your feet a lot, 4" heels may be hard on your feet.
If you are wearing dark leggings and dark hose either the pumps or boots will look okay.
Go for comfort! Since either pumps or boots look great, decide which shoe is more comfortable.

im sorry, but i just dont like leggings. my choice. but the best out of those options i guess has to be pumps, good luck
