Turquoise is known for it's tranquility properties. They developed a process back in the 20's-30's to infuse it with plastic resin to stabilize it, because most of it is too fragile in natural form to withstand daily wear.

(turquoise, gem stone).......Heals, Aids in Transition, Self Confidence, Inspiration....native American religions are alot about gem stones, casting spells, also like the Wicca religion,,,,we do spell casting (all in good intent)

the stones are pretty. supposed to be fallen pieces of the sky. no difference, stones are pretty, semi precious, and silver is a fairly cheap metal for jewelry.
