Low transmission fluid. Check your fluid level.

I've seen emergency brakes (handbrake) stick. See if the car moves in neutral. With the engine off, it should roll a little.
Try putting the handbrake ON again and then releasing it, sometimes that helps

Good Luck

When was last time you checked transmission fluid? Is your car front wheel drive? If so it is possible a cv joint broke and it needs to be replaced. Did you ever hear any popping sounds from the frontend?

Did you turn the wheels to one side? If one side of the vehicle is uphill, then turn the wheels toward the hill and then put it in reverse and try to pull out.

If that doesn't work, you'll have to have someone sit in the car and steer while you push.
