look beside the battery there is a wire that is not connected to anything. jump this wire straight to the battery positive post to test the fuel pump. if it works it is the relay. if not its the fuse or the pump

If the fuel pump will not run and there is no injector pulse, you should check the fuse that provided ignition voltage to your PCM.

If the PCM does not know the key is on, it will not run the pump or injectors.

Make sure the fuse is good, and has power when the key is on, you may have a bad ignition switch.

Check in the underhood fuse box for a fuel pump relay. Some of the relays are identical and can be swapped. Try that and if the fuel pump works, get a new relay. If the pump doesn't work, get a new pump.

i own a repair shop,,and the first thing you need to do is check the fuse for the fuel pump, its located in the fuse box,and is marked fuel pump,,if is good then you need to see if you can hear it run when you turn the key on if not it may be time to have it took to a repair shop,,because it can be a number of things causing it not to work and it may take a good mechanic to repair it,,some things average mechanics can do,,but there are some things a mechanic should repair ,and this is one of them ,,good luck,i hope this help,s.
