who out there does foster care? what do you really think of these kids in "The System". how fast do they learn to "buck the system". Was it worth your time & giving up your home life?

for sure. my aunt had a lot of foster children and she treated them like her own kids. now they come bak 5-10 years later and they thank her for giving them a place to stay and feel safe and for showing them wat a real family is like. they tell her that they felt like they actually belonged somewhere for once. its pretty amazing. im very proud of her and shes very proud of all of them:)

Most people who do foster care don't think of it as giving up their life but providing a life to them.
